Administration and Compliance Services
Our administration service can be provided both on a quarterly or annual basis and includes the following:
- Preparation of financial statements.
- Preparation and lodgement of income tax return.
- Arrange the audit of the fund.
- Preparation and lodgement superannuation surcharge forms.
- Assistance in reviewing or amending investment strategy.
- Maintaining all minutes of trustee meetings.
- Liaising with the Australian Taxation Office from time to time.
The costs of our administration service are detailed below:
Accumulation funds from $1,100 plus GST (minimum fee).
Pension funds* from $1,650 plus GST (minimum fee).
We will provide you with an engagement letter outlining our fee prior to commencing any work. The fees above are dependent upon the volume of transactions and the quality of the records provided.
* For pension funds the agreed upon fee will include the following additional documentation.
- Pension calculations.
- Actuarial certificate.
- Assistance with the preparation of all required minutes.
- Preparation of annual PAYG payment summary - (if under 60 years of age).
- Preparation of annual PAYG payment summary statement - (if under 60 years of age)
