Our companies are formed with a flexible modern constitution.
These companies are registered using client's choice of company name, directors and members (shareholders). Sole Purpose SMSF companies qualify for the reduced ASIC annual return lodgement fee of $40.00 (instead of $212.00).
From receipt of our instructions, the company package is dispatched in most cases on the same day as the order is received, and delivered via overnight courier around Australia.
Our price for establishing a Sole Purpose SMSF Company is $880. This includes the ASIC registration fee of $400.
